Little Athletes age 3-5

Our Little Athletes class is a high-energy 40-minute multi-sports class designed to help preschoolers grow strong, confident, and active. Each week introduces new sports and skill themes, using familiar games and imaginative activities to keep children engaged and excited.

Children will develop agility, coordination, teamwork, and listening skills as they practice sport-based movements like kicking, throwing, balancing, striking, and running. Classes encourage independence while still being fun and playful, helping children build confidence and a love of movement.
