Pre School Sports

Our Preschool Sports program is designed to introduce young children to movement, coordination, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Children will explore:

✔ Running, jumping, balancing & coordination
✔ Ball skills (rolling, throwing, kicking)
✔ Obstacle courses & movement games
✔ Listening skills & following simple instructions
✔ Social interaction and teamwork

Each session is:

• Age-appropriate and engaging
• Structured but playful
• Focused on confidence, not competition
• Led in a calm, encouraging environment

Our goal is to help little ones develop a love of movement, build confidence in their bodies, and enjoy being active from an early age.
